Full Staging - vacant staging
The owner or tenants have vacated the property before we come in. We bring in everything including furniture, artwork, rugs, soft furnishing, lamps & decorative items. The inventory is carefully selected for each room based on our site visit and photographs, to show the space in it's best possible light.
The Process
1) You book a consultation with us using the form below. This consult can take place via a phone call and may not require a site visit if sufficient information is available. For site visits we can meet you, your agent or if time is tight, we are happy to access the property via a lockbox.
2) We gauge the size of the property and discuss any requirements you have.
3) We provide you with a written quote.
4) Once the quote is accepted we come up with a staging date that works in with your marketing timeline, and we get to work putting together the inventory that best suits your homes style, colours and target market.
5) On staging day we roll up with our truck and movers. The number of people depends on the size of the house and the access. Inventory is left in the property for the time agreed upon.
6) Removal day is the reverse of the process above only it happens more quickly.
